The fabric is 88% polyester and 12% elastane for super stretchy comfort. It has Dry Climate so it has moisture management and is fast drying. I have these girls pants in size Large which fits about size 10-12 and has a 27 inch inseam and the waist front stretches from 14-16 inches. The size medium fits about size 8-10 and has a 26 inch inseam and the waist stretches from 13-15 inches. The size small fits about size 6-8 and has a 23 inch inseam and the waist stretches from 12-14 inches.
