Is this viscose or silk ? Why have 2 different metiral label?

@aeju365 Hello, I believe there was a slip that went underneath it but it was missing when I first bought it on Poshmark. The price reflects this. The dress itself is silk, the slip must have been viscose. I bought it for a wedding but didn’t end up wearing it and it remains unworn and with tags attached. Thank you.
