NWT Vintage Samband of Iceland "Icelandic Cashmere" Wool Robe Coat (Size M) This piece is SO special and needs a very special (and stylish) new home; evocative of everything I love about 1970s fashion, this piece was designed and manufactured in Iceland by Samband of Iceland; it is a beautiful robe-style hooded coat made of pure virgin wool, a combination of of long, course guard hairs and airy under-fleece (equivalent to a combo of Mohair and Merino); as per the original tag, this type of wool has been dubbed "Icelandic Cashmere"; beautiful nordic-style pattern across the chest; long robe tie which can either be left open or cinched in for different silhouettes; features a double layered hood; fully lined - keeping you warm in a Canadian (or Icelandic) winter!; envisioning this in a Bjork or ABBA music video (not Icelandic but...the vibe) Relevant Measurements: ~20" armpit-to-armpit; ~46" from shoulder (near collar) to hem Condition: Excellent/new with tags Noted Flaws: Absolutely none that I could find/observe; I think this has been in someone's wardrobe time capsule since the 70's Additional Notes: Please feel free to reach out with any questions or requests for more photos/information.
