Reposhing this item I purchased from @haleyguild. It’s super cute, just fits smaller than anticipated. I didn’t realize North Face sizing runs smaller.
I just noticed the belt clasp has a few scratches and the fabric looks a bit worn over the pocket buttons. See last two photos. Overall, really nice condition though.

What are the sleeve and chest measurements, and length?

@jmekleins laying flat the armpit to armpit is approximately 20 inches. The armpit to end of sleeve is about 17 inches. The length from the highest point of the shoulder seam to the bottom of the coat is approximately 31 inches.
