Puffed sleeve cropped peasant blouse

Cropped peasant blouse with delicate red floral (with green leaves) pattern. Scoop neck, fitted bodice with decorative buttons down the front and 3/4 length puffed sleeves. The back has a ruched panel and a tie up feature at the shoulders. Worn a few times and still in excellent condition.
