Such a beautiful hourglass silhouette - the hem has a layer of tulle underneath, giving it the "mermaid" silhouette referred to in the name. The band under the bust is not lined, revealing a tiny bit of skin, but the rest of the dress is lined. The waistband measures 31 inches around. The hips measure 40 inches around. From the top of the shoulder strap to the waist, it measures 15 inches. From waist to hem it measures 33 inches. Please let me know if you need any other measurements! 100% polyester.
