Suede button down midi dress with fringe belt

Vintage 90s button down midi dress in black suede. Fully lined and made in Canada. Has a slit on one side for ease of movement and seaming detail at back. Comes with the fringed belt as pictured. So on trend right now! Size: 8 (listed Petite but could certainly work for taller as well depending on where you prefer the hemline) Condition: Excellent pre-loved condition. No flaws to note for the dress, although there is some wear on the belt. Approximate measurements (laying flat): Pit to pit - 19.5”, waist - 16”, hip - 20.5”, length (shoulder seam to hem) - 48.5”
