Stunning floral print tiered ruffle maxi dress with tie belt and fabric covered buttons. Lined. In excellent condition except for a tiny unnoticeable tear by the shoulder and a snag in the fabric by the waist (also not noticeable). I believe the pink ruffles on the sleeve were professionally added after the fact. b82
