These are hand made in Ontario by Harmony Fabrics Drapery. Purchased on Etsy for $736 Rockwater Velvet Drapery Collection. All Handmade in Canada. Colour is "spring" Double Pinch Pleat. Lined with Cotton. These drapes are Blind-Stitched. Drapery Hooks are preinstalled for your convenience. Drapery weights are added in every bottom corner. All corners are finished by hand for a high end look! The finished width of a pleated panel is 27" x 112" Fabric is Cotton/bamboo Velvet.
