Vintage 70s-80s Gunne Sax Prairie Button Down Maxi Dress (or midi length depending on your height) GUC with minor/subtle stains on the bottom back hem (see photo) Navy with burgundy accents. Floral print throughout, polka dot print around the neckline and bottom hem. White lace trim at bodice, shoulder straps, down button length and bottom trim. Burgundy ribbon trim at bodice, waist and bottom hem. Burgundy buttons. Has hidden side pockets at hips 💙 Adjustable waist tie in back. Cotton fabric ☁️ Only worn a few times years ago. No size tag listed. But fits like an extra small.
